After my first 75 days as CEO, it was important for me to reach out directly to you, our customer, to share what I’ve been hearing, learning, and focusing on. I’ve spent this time listening to our teammates in the field and, most importantly, to customers like you. Your feedback has been clear: dependable service, reliable operations, and consistent execution matter most.

As I’ve reflected on these conversations, one thought has continued to guide me: “We’re shifting our mindset from how much we grow to how well we grow.” For Vestis, growth is not about scale for its own sake. It is about quality, stability, and service excellence that directly benefits you, our customers.

Looking ahead, Vestis will be centered on three key priorities that drive those outcomes:

At the heart of this work are our route sales representatives (RSRs) and other frontline teammates. They are the ones who build relationships with you day in and day out. When we deliver with consistency and excellence, it helps strengthen your brand and the experience you provide to your customers. But we also recognize the flip side: if we fall short, it impacts your operations and can hurt the trust your customers place in you. That is why we must get it right every single day. By investing in our teammates’ success, we are investing in yours.
