Steve Cochran

Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial & Supply Chain Officer

Steve Cochran is the Chief Commercial & Supply Chain Officer of Vestis, with responsibility for the Company’s commercial and product supply chain operations. Mr. Cochran joined Vestis in May 2026.

Mr. Cochran brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the apparel, manufacturing, and business services industries, with expertise in commercial strategy, operations, and customer-focused growth. Prior to joining Vestis, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of TSC Miami/Monster Digital. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Tegra Global.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cochran held senior leadership roles at Delta Apparel, Inc., including President and Chief Operating Officer, and served as President of the Image Apparel Division at VF Corporation. He also held leadership positions at Cintas and LESCO, Inc.

Mr. Cochran holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University in Ohio.
