Russell Tiejema

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tiejema joined Vestis in September 2026. Prior to joining Vestis, Mr. Tiejema served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US LBM. Previously, he spent nearly nine years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Masonite International, where he led the global finance organization through a period of significant growth. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tiejema held finance leadership roles with Lennox International, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Lennox Residential, and spent more than 20 years with General Motors in leadership positions across financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and operational finance.

Mr. Tiejema holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.
